Due to the new VAT regulation that has been in force since July 1st, 2021, we are obliged to inquire about the delivery country of our customers when entering the online shop and to calculate the country-specific VAT.

Shipping and Payment
Flat rate shipping costs for Germany
The shipping fee in Germany is € 5.90 per package for (GLS) - € 7.90 (DHL). Please note that GLS does not deliver on Saturdays. In addition, there are bulky goods surcharges depending on the item (e.g. for sports seats and game seats).

- Credit card
- PayPal and PayPal PLUS (on account or payment term 6 months / only DE)
Bulky surcharge
Due to their nature, some products such as sports seats, game seats, office seats, a few headlights or sports grills incur a bulky surcharge, regardless of the goods or the order amount. This is always calculated per article. If you need a larger quantity, we can also send the item via a forwarding agency. (E.g. up to 6 game seats fit on a pallet) In this case, please select prepayment and collection. The FK service team will then check with the affiliated forwarding agents the cheapest shipping to you without bulky goods costs.
Forwarding surcharge
Few products such as tool trolleys, coilover suspension plates, sports bumpers have a shipping surcharge of DE: 69 € and EU countries different. This is automatically displayed with the products.
Collection from our warehouse
- End customers and dealer orders from Germany can be picked up the following day from 2 p.m.
- Orders from Europe with a valid VAT number and collection by our own shipping company outside of Germany is possible 2 days after payment of the order. Importantly there is no VAT
- End customer orders outside Europe do not receive any VAT discounts.
- Dealer orders outside Europe with transport outside Germany receive the goods VAT free (dealer orders only via the shop www.fk-haendler.de )
Shipping to countries not shown
The FK sends worldwide. Shipping to countries not listed here is possible by selecting "other countries". Only the option of pick-up is then displayed here. In this case, consult the FK team as to whether you want to hire a freight forwarder yourself or whether the FK team should organize this for you.
However, you are welcome to send inquiries about deliveries to other countries to our telephone and e-mail support.
Parcel shipping costs / pallet shipping
Unfortunately, like many others, FK Automotive GmbH received extreme price increases from DHL. We are working hard to always give you the cheapest shipping costs.
The shipping costs for bulky goods are also extremely aand we are looking for solutions to help you reduce transport costs. Shipping by forwarding agent is an important saving point. You can send up to 6 seat sets / game seats and other products combined on one pallet! Order the goods you want by prepayment / collection. Our FK team will then determine the cheapest shipping options for you.
