What is the best way to contact the FK team?

The best way to reach the FK team is by email. However, due to high demand, it may take 1-3 days to respond. It goes without saying that our top priority is to send you the answer on the same day. You can reach us by phone Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturday you can reach us from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Can I reach the FK team by phone?

You can call FK Automotive from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. You are also welcome to order a callback by e-mail. FK Automotive will be happy to call you back quickly and free of charge. Consider that depending on the volume of the phone, it can take up to 4 hours! FK Automotive always tries to reach you as quickly as possible.



Factory collection


I'm from near Backnang and would like to pick up my items. Is this possible?

FK has a very large logistics facility at the Backnang site and is designed to ship large quantities of products quickly. You still have the option of picking up your goods if you order the goods by 11.59 a.m. and pay directly in the online shop using PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay or credit card. The goods are then prepared for collection the following day. Print out the order confirmation and then collect the goods directly from our logistics center in the collection room! Hand over the order confirmation to the warehouse worker. He will then hand over the goods to you accordingly. Take into account that we do not have an exhibition. It is a pure factory collection! The opening hours of the logistics center for collection are from Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Does FK have an exhibition where I can see the parts?

Unfortunately, FK Automotive does not have an exhibition, just a workshop with detailed advice. FK Automotive supplies approx. 20,000 specialist dealers in over 90 countries and mainly exhibits the products at your specialist dealers. Availability of goods in the shop


How can I tell if the goods are available?

FK Automotive has one of the largest logistics centers in Europe in the tuning industry. All "Immediately available" green marked products are immediately available.

This means that if you order by 11:59 a.m., the products will be sent to the customer on the same day at 5:00 p.m.

This only applies to articles for which no different delivery time is specified for the product.

There are a large number of mail order companies that display 80,000 items and more products in their shop. However, these companies do not operate a large logistics center and they usually order the products from your suppliers only after you have placed the order and presumably paid for it.

But the big problem is that if this supplier can't deliver, you have to run after your money.

You can only order items from our online shop that are also available. Recently, you also have the option of viewing the items that are not available and having an e-mail sent to you when this item is available again. You can then still decide whether you want to order the item or not.

I saw an item as available yesterday and it is no longer available today?

Thousands of items leave the FK logistics centers every day and 10,000 new and backordered items arrive every month.
If an item has a yellow delivery status, then very few are still available.
Do not hesitate, because there is a possibility that it will take up to 3 months before the article will be available again. Coilovers and wheel spacers are produced at the Backnang site and are available again within a few days or even overnight.

Can I reserve goods when they become available again?

The new service at FK is that you can now reserve sold-out items or news without obligation. You will then be automatically informed that the items are now available again accordingly.
You can then decide whether you want to order these items. You will then be among the first in Europe to receive these NEW or sold-out items accordingly. Sometimes it is also the case that only a very small number of items are available.
Therefore, secure your desired item with the non-binding reservation function and be among the first in Europe to be able to order these items.

Does FK actually stock more than 10,000 different items with a quantity of over 1,000,000 pieces?

That is the big difference to the many other tuning shops. The items displayed in the FK shop are updated several times a day for the delivery status.
In many other online shops, products are only listed. If these are now ordered and paid for by an interested party, the provider orders the products from the supplier. If you are lucky, the supplier can send the goods to the provider. However, if you are unlucky, you will not receive the goods because the supplier cannot deliver either. FK works completely independently here. FK has over 10,000 different items in stock and if you order by 11:59 a.m., the items will be shipped across Europe on the same day at 5 p.m..

Is it true that FK will ship the same day by 5 p.m. if you order by 11:59 a.m.?

Yes, FK Automotive, based in Backnang (Germany), has its own high-tech logistics center. FK Automotive stores up to approx. 16,000 pallets in high-bay storage systems.
All processes at FK are coordinated in such a way that the shipping company can pick up the finished goods at 5 p.m. As a result, FK Automotive has optimized all shipping routes of the shipping service providers such as DHL/DPD and the Dachser forwarding company accordingly.
The packages and pallets are thus already on their way to you at night. In order to achieve this pick-up time, orders are processed accordingly at 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and the routes of the forklift trucks are optimized with computer support. Therefore, orders can only be shipped on the same day if they are received by us online by 11:59 a.m.



Shipping and Delivery


Are the shipping costs in Germany really that cheap?

Yes! FK Automotive has very good business contacts with the individual shipping service providers due to the high shipping volume.
This allows FK to be granted special conditions for shipping costs, which we of course pass on to our customers. It is therefore sometimes cheaper to ship directly from Germany to Great Britain, France or Spain, for example, than if the goods are shipped domestically by one of our dealers.

Does FK ship the products worldwide?

Yes, FK ships the goods worldwide. If you live outside of Europe and would like to have the goods delivered there, but you think the shipping costs displayed in the online shop are too high, select "Pickup" and contact the FK service staff.
In the first step, it is important that your products are reserved accordingly at FK. This is only possible with a completed order.
In the next step, the FK clerks will determine the cheapest transport route and create a transport offer for you.
Alternatively, you are welcome to ask your regional shippers to collect the goods from us. You then have the choice of accepting the freight offer from your service provider or from FK.

FK international dealers

In some cases it is easier and cheaper to buy domestically from one of our international FK partners. Please contact us for more information.

The goods that have just been delivered have been damaged in transit, what now?

If you already see damage to the package, be sure to have this acknowledged by the deliverer and inform the FK service team.
Immediately check the package/pallet for its vollresponsibility. If transport damage only becomes apparent to you after receipt, contact your local post office/DHL and have a record made there.
Only with this record can we carry out further processing. If you are shipping with DPD or the Dachser forwarding agency, please contact the FK service team.
Do not make any changes to the packaging or the products. Never throw away the packaging.
Note that if you do not comply with this, liability is excluded.

Is my package insured?

Yes, every package is insured.

I have received goods and would like to return them, how do I do this?

Please take a special look at Returns in the customer information center. You also have the option there Print out a return slip and a return label from DHL.

At FK you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the purchased goods.
Check whether the product descriptions given in the item description match your vehicle.
If you are not sure, contact the FK specialists and provide the relevant vehicle data.

I have placed an order but would like to change something?

In this case, speed is of the essence.
Send an email to the FK customer center or give us a call. Orders are processed at FK at 8:00 a.m. and at 11:59 a.m. These changes must be made by this time.
Otherwise it is no longer possible to incorporate your desired change. As soon as your order is being processed in the logistics center, the order can no longer be changed.

Can I tell if my order was submitted successfully?

Hundreds of tuning enthusiasts order in the FK online shops every day and the procedure is very simple. After filling the shopping cart, click the "Order" button. First you have to enter your address data and then select your desired payment option.
In the next step, you then have the option of selecting how you would like the goods to be delivered. You have the option to change your order in relation to the items and the quantity at any time.
The next step takes you to payment. After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You do not have to email us this order confirmation.
Please check the order confirmation for correctness.
If an error has crept in, please inform our service staff. Remember that at FK you always have a 14-day cancellation option on the purchased goods.

Why does FK want me to give my phone number?

All orders are checked again at FK. If anything is unclear, FK will call you accordingly. A lot can be clarified by e-mail, but it's faster if FK gets in touch with you. Therefore the phone number is required. Of course, you will not receive any advertising calls or the like from FK, but only a call if something is inconsistent.

I have a technical problem?

Here we kindly ask you to consider that this service is only available to FK customers. We have a team of specialists in tuning who will be happy to help you. Especially if there are installation problems or the like. FK always recommends having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. It is very difficult to diagnose remotely. It is therefore important that you describe the problem as precisely as possible and preferably document it with pictures and send it to the FK specialists.
However, no processing can take place without disclosure of the invoice number. If you have purchased products from a specialist retailer, please contact your specialist retailer. Due to time constraints, this service is only available to direct FK customers. We ask for your understanding.

How long is the FK money back guarantee?

The money-back guarantee is 14 days after the invoice date.

How do I get a refund for returned products?

You will get the purchase price back as you paid it to us. If you paid for it via PayPal, for example: You will then receive this back on your PayPal account.

I have an FK product, it's defective but I don't have an invoice?

Of course you will receive a replacement from us.
Without an invoice from FK direct, the replacement delivery of individual parts can only be made against reimbursement of costs. If you have purchased the goods from an FK specialist dealer, the specialist dealer must carry out the transaction as our contractual partner.

TÜV certificate/parts certificate/ABE/EEC


The parts certificate / ABE was not included in the package?

It may happen that the parts certificate / ABE / EEC type approval is not sent with the product.
Use our contact form and request the missing expert opinions.
It is mandatory to include your invoice number and the exact vehicle data according to the mandatory fields. If required, we will send you the parts certificate / ABE / EEC operating license as a PDF document by email.

I have an FK product and need a parts certificate, I am neither a customer of FK nor did I purchase the product directly.

In this case, always contact the specialist dealer who purchased the parts from us. If you bought the parts used or the items are installed in your vehicle and you need the parts certificate / ABE / EEC operating permit, you still have the opportunity to apply for a parts certificate / ABE from us.
In this case, we have to carry out a complex internal test based on the ISO and quality guidelines to determine whether the part is suitable for your vehicle. Therefore we need your vehicle data such as vehicle manufacturer, vehicle model, vehicle type, year of construction and the engine as well as the data about which FK part it is.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service for free. We therefore charge a fee of EUR 29.75 per report for this service. Order your report via the online shop with the following item number: "FKGUTA001". Enter this number directly into the input field.
When entering the address data, you have a free field available for comments, etc. Tell us your exact vehicle data here, such as vehicle manufacturer, vehicle model, vehicle type designation, year of construction, engine and the information for which you need a TÜV certificate. The quickest way to do this is to give us the item number of the relevant product.

Can I promote FK as a sponsor?

FK Automotive rents you a complete dealer shop where the data is updated daily. All you have to do is advertise this shop or, if you already run a shop, link it using a banner. You will receive the orders from this shop as well as the customer payments.
You then only have to confirm the orders with us and we will deliver directly to your customers throughout Europe. If the orders are forwarded by 11:59 a.m., we will dispatch the goods on your behalf by 5:00 p.m.. You don't even have to maintain your own logistics. What are CSV files and what can I do with them in my shop?

Most internet shop systems as well as merchandise management systems have interfaces that enable you to read data and integrate it into your system. With a CSV link, we transfer the article number, the article description, the article price, the product image or product images, the product category, a field for the vehicle manufacturer, a field for the vehicle type and other data. In particular, we transfer almost 10,000 item data that are in stock at FK with a stock of almost 1,000,000 items.
The data is automatically updated daily.
This gives you, as a customer, the opportunity to automatically update your shop with the latest, available and supplemented article data. Talk to your shop manufacturer or your internet agency. Implementing a CSV link is easy and doesn't incur high costs. You then only have to order the products ordered by customers from the FK-B2B shop using your login and send them directly to your customers.
If you order by 11:59 a.m., we will dispatch the goods on your behalf by 5:00 p.m. You don't even have to maintain your own logistics. On request, we can of course also deliver to you.

We also sell products and would like to sell them via the FK platform. How does it work?

Thousands of visitors visit the FK shops every day. The FK shops are currently available in over 10 languages in the respective countries. With the inclusion of the products in the FK system, you offer your products in well over 50 countries. The response is very good.
FK has high-tech logistics and ships daily worldwide from the Backnang / Germany location. With FK you secure a successful sales concept with a strong partner. However, we need the data from you via an interface, in particular whether the items are available from you or not.
In the FK shop system, only immediately available items are marked as available for order. The customer can register for items that are not available, where he will be informed automatically as soon as we receive the information from you when the item is available again.
Of course, we stock up accordingly as soon as the first sales figures are available. If items are ordered more than once, they are automatically purchased and stored in the Backnang logistics center.

Why does FK only have 10,000 items and not 100,000 different items like others?

The available delivery program from FK varies greatly. Articles leave the FK logistics centers every day and new articles come in every day. It can happen again and again that an item was available yesterday and is already sold out tomorrow.
FK Automotive is always working to keep all bestseller items available, but unfortunately this is not always possible. As a rule, FK always has over 10,000 different items in stock and is therefore one of the companies with the best availability.
The FK company pursues the strategy of having 10,000 items available and customer orders being processed on the same day, like listing 100,000 products in the shop and only being able to deliver a fraction immediately. For the rest, FK is of course expanding the delivery program on a daily basis. For this reason alone, it is advisable to regularly look at the available products.
